Founded in 2008, Group Horizon was set up to offer a specialist range of training and workforce development programmes. Our nationwide training programmes include Apprenticeships, Functional Skills, Jobseeker Short Courses and Workforce Development Programmes.
Our fully accredited qualifications are delivered by our specialist assessors who each bring a wealth of experience in their chosen field. Group Horizon invest heavily in research and curriculum development to ensure that all our programmes are delivered up to date and relevant to employers needs and the jobs market to ensure the best support for the professional journey. We also have a proven track record of developing new and innovative provision in a range of subject areas.

Jobseeker Short Courses
Group Horizon work with those seeking employment to offer skills and guidance in support of their job search. Our short courses are designed to fulfil the needs of local businesses by targeting skills and recruitment gaps. Group Horizon work with the Department of Work and Pensions, Community Groups, Employment Support Groups and other charities to deliver programmes to individuals over the of 18 that offer real hands on experience and qualifications to help achieve sustainable employment. Our tailored workforce training is designed to fit the exact needs of employers. Training programmes are available for employees of all ages from new starters through to senior managers. Group Horizon take our social responsibilities very seriously within the communities in which we train. We work with the wider community to engage and raise awareness of green issues. Our teams can help teach individuals how to be more aware of their energy use and encourage them to make savings on their bills. Those living in social housing in particular may be affected by regeneration projects in their community and not necessarily understand the reasons behind the work. Group Horizon can support with awareness campaigns and education.
