About Us

Founded in 2008, Group Horizon was set up to provide a wide range of training courses, specialising in renewable energy, energy efficiency, construction and office admin.

Group Horizon's head office is in Gateshead, however we have a nationwide network of training centres including Stevenage, Gateshead, Ashington, Liverpool, London and Middlesbrough. Our courses are aimed at 16 - 18 year old learners, those over 19 who are unemployed and looking to get back into the job market and alsoindividuals working in industry who would like to up skill and advance their knowledge. No matter what your professional development and training needs, our team works closely with you every step of the way to ensure success.

Working in partnership with  a network of colleges, local strategic partnerships and councils, we offer the highest quality in training and development, ensuring that all of our learners have the skills and qualifications that the employment market wants and needs.

Our courses offer a mixture of practical and theory-based learning, allowing those on our courses to be able to transfer skills learnt straight to the workplace. Course lengths vary and the most popular programmes last ten or 15 days, with apprenticeships lasting 52 weeks.
