What is an Apprenticeship?
Apprenticeships are government funded work-based training programmes for those aged 16-64 years, designed to teach employees sustainable skills in order to succeed. Apprentices are valuable additions to an organisation, bringing a fresh outlook and new ideas. New recruits and current staff are eligible for an Apprenticeship.
