Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship
This programme has been designed to help employees understand the relationship between customer service and business success. Individuals will be taught the value of delivering good customer service and the skills required to ensure they positively contribute to your companies growth.
On successful completion of this programme individuals will receive an ‘Intermediate Apprenticeship in Customer Services’ certificate including;
Pearson Edexcel Certificate – Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service
Pearson Edexcel Certificate – Level 1 Functional skills English
Pearson Edexcel Certificate – Level 1 Functional skills Mathematics
Location and Duration of Training
This training programme will be delivered on your company site and take around 12 months to complete.
